Another Ace for Evian at Wimbledon
The Wimbledon Finals are nearly here and what an exhilarating year it’s been, full of sunshine, stylish Wimbledon fashions and nail-biting matches. To cater for all of this excitement our designers and stylists were commissioned by Jam, for the second year running, to create a unique Evian café area where spectators can relax and stay refreshed throughout the match, a stylish VIP suite and an experiential area to keep queuing customers entertained.
Using Jam’s inspired concept designs and Evian’s strong brand and colour palette, the interior of a 10m x 15m open-sided marquee structure was transformed into a cool and refreshing versatile space. The café contains a pink bar flanked by an artificial grass covered wall and fresh white walls fitted with mirrored tennis rackets with pink handles complete the look.

Two acrylic bars with pink frosting sit in front of eye-catching mirrored mountains running the length of the two walls. One bar also has the famous three Evian peaks recreated out of mini shelves stacked with glass Evian bottles. Bespoke Evian wallpaper adorns the remaining walls and visitors can relax on picnic benches featuring key facts about water, pink and grey printed directors’ chairs or classic Wimbledon benches, all finished off with a white picket fence.

The Evian VIP suite emphasises the brand’s ‘Live Young’ campaign and its roller-skating hip-hop babies viral video. To tie in with the theme a bespoke oversized ghetto blaster was built and neon signage promoting Evian’s new logo. Stylists also ensured the Evian event area kept queuing customers entertained and refreshed too, dressing a 12m x 6m marquee with custom-made pink table tennis tables, bright pink Flamingos, pink deckchairs and a water fountain, surrounded again by a pretty little white picket fence.

Waiting guests had the opportunity to win a prize too, by having their photo taken in a t-shirt featuring a headless Evian roller-skating baby. Those that took part could find themselves pictured in one of twelve pink frames on the ‘Live Young’ wall in the Evian café, alongside images of Maria Sharapova in the Evian baby t-shirt.
After the success of last year's stand at Wimbledon, Evian wanted to ensure that this year they maximised even further on its opportunities to bring the brand to life and connect with its audience. Working creatively and collaboratively with Jam, an innovative and imaginative environment across three different areas was created to provide an unforgettable experience for guests.
