Quarter 2 Internal Conference
THE CHALLENGE
Manage the entire delivery of the Marks & Spencer Quarter 2 Internal Conference for 650+ representatives, including store managers, head office staff and regional directors, at Royal Horticultural Halls in Westminster, London.
OUR RESPONSE
We worked with senior managers and helped them deliver their current and future business messages and strategies through a large scale plenary session and created five breakout areas for smaller groups of delegates to engage on more specific messages throughout the day.
Working across the group to deliver all the necessary elements, we undertook all the event logistics and drove the overall content, tone and positioning of the predominant key business messages. We worked closely with all speakers to ensure they were fully prepared and confident when on the stage and provided all presentation slides and video footage used.
THE RESULT
Delegates left the day with a thorough understanding of the key messages, future business strategy and objectives and desired actions.
