Sustainability is not just a buzzword at Logistik: it’s been a way of life for the last 15 years. We truly believe that it’s only by investing in our people and in our communities that we can create the best possible working environment and deliver a lasting legacy for everyone.
We ensure that sustainability is part of everything we do – from the training and development of colleagues to travel, fundraising, coaching, internships, environmental management systems, waste and energy resource planning. We also encourage all of our suppliers to act and think sustainably too.
It’s a philosophy that saw us become one of the first UK companies to be certified to ISO 20121 – a new international events management standard introduced for the London 2012 Olympics. We’re also the proud owners of three prestigious Big Ticks, awarded by corporate responsibility body Business in the Community.
Our four Principles of Sustainable Development help us to reduce our footprint at every available opportunity: Trusted Advisor; Creativity at the Heart; Aura of Excellence; and A Sustainable Approach.
Our transparent sustainability policy means we constantly measure, monitor and report on the social, economic and environmental impact of our business – both positive and negative. To improve and develop our products and services – and of all our employees – we operate internal management systems certified to ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental) and ISO 20121 (Sustainable Events).
At Logistik, you could say sustainability is second nature.
